We were here for a stopover. The location was fab and the breakfast was warm. Stopped by Marks and Spencer's Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's next door to the venue, recommend.

The hotel was reasonably priced and the location was comfortable central and handy close enough to the Thai restaurant ‘ Giggling Squid' as well as the pathway. The room was a nice size and tastefully decorated 

Functional room with adequate provisions, welcoming staff — everything was nice. The service was excellent with an efficient check-in.

The hotel is unique and fairly clean, the staff are super-friendly, location is perfect in the centre of Berkhamstead. The rooms are great-sized here with clean linen & fresh towels, a bath, as example. The breakfast is warm and substantial 

Pleasant place, efficient and excellent staff. Good and excellent location in the very centre of the town, good for visiting Berkhamsted. Near Pubs, Restaurants and shops.

Exceptionally rude staff!

Great value for money and location is lovely and stunning. It's in a very comfortable building in the domestic area. An astonishing restaurant with an excellent cooked breakfast is available.

The rooms were air-conditioned and functional, the staff were delightfully helpful!

No complaint, I would consider staying here again. The hotel is beautifully designed with an exceptional service, it has a peaceful location next to the beer garden of the pub next door.

Clean, comfy chalet-style rooms. Lovely big bed, soft towels, and spacious new bathroom with double shower. Helpful, knowledgeable staff with excellent recommendations. Great location off the High Street. Would stay again.

Very central location to everything in Berkhamstead. And adjacent to shops and restaurants, Berkhamsted and the centre.

The breakfast was substantial, the check in was easy. The staff was accommodating & amicable.

The rooms were stylish, functional, came with good air con, coffee, for instance. The breakfast was warm and surprisingly good and well presented with egg starter.
